Conference Overview:
Friday, November 6th
Experience Ebey’s Field Trips
Tours run 9am – Noon & 1:30 – 4:30pm.
Guided field trips provide opportunities to experience the Reserve up close and personal. Morning and afternoon trips reveal unique perspectives on the special places and stories of Ebey’s. All field trips meet at Au Sable, except for A Taste of Ebey’s, which will meet at the Coupeville Rec Hall.
Celebrate Rural Character(s) Pot Luck
6 – 8pm
Bring your favorite dish and all your friends to the biggest community potluck of the year! Live music by the “Prairie Ramblers,” skits, a crazy-turkey film, and more will add zest and flavor to the evening‘s local grub at the historic Crockett Barn.
Saturday, November 7th
Ebey’s Forever Conference & Community Event
9am – 5pm
Judy Wicks, nationally recognized food entrepreneur, will kick off the Conference. Wicks is followed by a series of compelling panels and breakout sessions — addressing rural opportunities and challenges, a local gourmet lunch, an art show curated by the Pacific Northwest Art School, and an exhibit area open throughout the day.
